About me

Like most of you, I got into this industry because I wanted to make more money than in my previous industry. This is one of the only industries where your paycheck is directly influenced by your effort. The more effort you put into this industry, the more money you will make.


I would quickly realize that this output of effort does not necessarily need to come from you and this is when a lightbulb went off in my head. Let’s go back to my previous career—I was an executive chef for over 15 years. Why is this relevant? Chefs are master delegators and system-driven by nature. When I transitioned to the mortgage industry, I immediately felt at home.


From there I put all my knowledge from the restaurant industry into building systems to help my mortgage business run smoothly and without my direct input. Having standard operating procedures for every aspect of the loan process grows my business year over year.


Moving from Loan Officer to owner of my own business was not easy but that is why I have put so much time and effort into creating these systems and standard operating procedures so I can help other loan officers achieve their goals in a fraction of the time.


Finally, I have a business that is set up to surpass clients expectations, attract new referral partners and best of all runs itself on the back end.
